Meet the Team

PHC Management feels it's important to provide the best in what you do, bring together a team that strive for the same values and to be involved in the community in which you live.

Thirty years of progressive experience in Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Civil Construction with supervisory, estimation and project management experience.  John has qualified for and currently holds a State of Florida Certified General Contractors License and Underground Utility and Excavation Contractors License.  Has successfully managed projects ranging in value from $30,000 to $50 million.

Gavin holds a general contractor license and brings his project management skills from business development, through pre-construction, contract administration, quality control, and estimating.

Bill, originally from Chicago, brings extensive estimating experience and on site management of team members and sub-contractor coordination.
